Delivery Information
Standard Operating Period
Our warehouse’s standard operating days are Monday to Friday. Deliveries by FedEx are Monday to Saturday 9am-7pm, and Monday to Friday 9am-7pm for DHL international.
During regular periods, orders will be shipped within 2 business days with complimentary express shipping. Next day shipping on domestic orders is also available for an additional fee.
During peak periods and holidays*, we ask that you allow a few additional days for fulfillment. In the event of any fulfillment delays our team will do its utmost to keep you informed.
*In order to guarantee delivery, Christmas gift orders must be placed by December 16th.
Shipping Carrier Information
Domestic orders over $50 are shipped via complimentary FedEx express.
International orders are shipped via complimentary DHL express.
All domestic and international express shipments require direct signature for delivery.

PO Box Addresses
Please note that due to restrictions on FedEx express shipments we are unable to ship to PO box addresses. If you are experiencing issues checking out with a PO box, please contact our customer service team at
